Deployment Strategy Operations Lead | EMEA

We’re looking for a Deployment Strategy Operations Lead to own how we run post-sales: the programs that structure deployment and customer outcomes, and how those programs are operationalized across our commercial teams. You’ll design the programs and ways of working, build them into our CRM and workflows, and make sure teams are actually using them consistently. It’s about connecting strategy with execution - building programs that work not just on paper, but in how our teams operate every day.
What we're looking for:
- High-velocity operator: You like building, not just advising. You’re comfortable taking an ambiguous problem, creating structure around it, and driving it through to execution.
- Analytical & commercially sharp: You’re comfortable working with data, defining what good looks like, and using insights to make decisions - not just producing reports.
